It arrives vacuum compressed in a compact box, and once you open it up, it expands into a full double-sized base — no tools, no bolts, no head-scratching over instructions. The whole thing is covered in a soft boucle teddy velvet fabric in a lovely cream white, which gives your bedroom that warm, textured look that's been everywhere lately. It sits at a low-profile 25cm height, so it has that clean, modern feel without dominating the room.
Underneath that good-looking exterior, there's some serious structure holding things together. The frame uses high-density 80kg/m³ sponge that gives you firm, even support across the whole surface — great news if you've had wobbly or saggy bases before. The edges are soft and rounded so there's no nasty shin-meets-frame moments in the dark, and the anti-slide base fabric keeps everything sitting exactly where you put it. It measures 155 x 196.5cm overall with an inner sleeping surface of about 125.5 x 181.8cm, which fits a standard double mattress nicely. Worth noting — a headboard isn't included, but there are compatible options available if you want one.
