The 5000lbs is one of our new high-efficiency winches for all offroad and life-loving customers in 2021. Over the past few years, we docu ment the product issues, needs and recommendations that our customers focus on, and have overcome and implemented it one by one. Notably, the 5000lbs uses the stronger 500A relays on the market. We consolidate gearboxes, update ergonomic clutches, and upgrade remote controls, which make our customers more comfortable with their use. What do you need to focus on most?
Motor
Pure copper motors have the characteristics of high magnetic inductive melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe work and high efficiency.
Winch Solenoid Relay
Small or mismatched relays can cause a burning phenomenon. So we need to use a suitable relay for different winches,not necessarily an overload protector if your winch has a perfect relay. The 500A relay is truly insulable, durable and stable, avoiding winch damage due to insufficient relay power.
3-Stage Planetary
The real 3-Stage Planetary enables differential, deceleration (growth), reversal, and more. The combined use of multiple groups of planetary wheel systems can achieve a very large speed ratio, which can achieve coaxial deceleration (growth).

Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.
For your protection we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.
Returns of larger items can be very expensive so please choose carefully. We are here to help with any questions you may have prior to ordering.

We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. (This is more common in peak periods) Once you receive your tracking information most courier tracking sites will provide an ETA for delivery. We are unable to offer express or air shipping currently.

For Electronics , We don't take returns on electronics product. If product is faulty we will send replacement. There will be no refund on electronics product. we are not accepting any return on any items because of restricition of lockdowns.
